Introduction of Sintering Filter Disc With Multilayer Sintered Mesh
Sintered stainless filter disc is the ideal filtering element for
filtering,washing and drying (commonly known as triple-play).It is
made of sintered stainless steel mesh cut by laser cutting machine
with high precision.
The control of gas distribution, the transportation and
fluidization of powder materials are widely used in industrial
processes. Fluidized bed technology is an important means of mass
transfer, heat transfer and chemical reaction in chemical process.
The control of gas distribution requires sintered mesh plates with
good permeability. The filter disc structure has integral type and

reasonably arranging its porosity,permeablity and strength.

sintered powder,ceramic,fiber cloth,other filter material.
